Any group, organization, club, program or individual receiving program support funds from Student Activity Fees or other University funds is required to deposit, as received, all income in a University account. All anticipated income must be identified on an official budget request form. Failure to do so could result in the withholding of funds previously allocated. The University will not maintain accounts for any group, organization, club, program or individual not receiving program support funds from Student Activity Fees or other University funds.
