The University shall (1) maintain a program to assess the oral English language proficiency of all persons providing classroom instruction; (2) resolve student concerns regarding oral English language proficiency of persons providing classroom instruction; and (3) report results of assessments and/or concerns to state agencies and accrediting bodies, all as required by state law and regulation and accreditation requirements.
